The VL53L1X is state-of-the-art, it is a cutting-edge sensor that employs Time-of-Flight technology to measure distances accurately and rapidly. Enhancing the ST FlightSense™ product family. It is the fastest miniature ToF sensor on the market with accurate ranges of up to 4 m and a ranging frequency of up to 50 Hz.

The Holybro ST VL53L1X is a high-performance Time-of-Flight (ToF) LiDAR sensor designed for precise distance measurement in various applications, including robotics, drones, obstacle detection, and industrial automation. Utilizing STMicroelectronics' VL53L1X module, it offers fast, accurate, and long-range detection with strong ambient light immunity.
