  • Our dedicated technical support team will review the claims based on the video provided.
  • Upon successful verification, a complaint will be registered to initiate either a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed in cases where the product is unavailable for replacement.
  • Return will be processes with in 2 days.
  • After receiving the returned product, our experts will verify the reported issue. If validated, replacement items will be shipped to the customer with prepaid shipping costs.
  • Indian Robo Store does not entertain replacement, return, or refund requests for products that show signs of misuse, static discharge, neglect, accidents, modifications, or alterations.
  • Cancellations of orders will be accepted only if requested before the product has been shipped.
  • Indian Robo Store reserves the right to make independent decisions regarding refunds, replacements, returns, and order cancellations.
  • Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 2 Days to the original mode of payment.
