Refund and Replacement

  • Our dedicated technical customer care team will verify the claims through visual observation.
  • Upon verification, a complaint will be registered to facilitate either a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued in the event of the product's unavailability.
  • Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the reported issue and send replacement items to the customer with shipping costs prepaid by us.
  • Indian Robo Store will not entertain any replacement or refund requests if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or alteration.
  • A valid request for cancellation of an order will be accepted.
  • Indian Robo Store reserves the right to make independent decisions regarding the disposal of disputes on refunds, replacements, and cancellations of orders.
